Cunningham, the founder of Cunningham & Co. LLC,
Building and Development, holds a BS in Design from
the University of Cincinnati.
Her
experience includes five years of Commercial Interior
Design and sixteen years of building beautiful, high
end homes in lower Fairfield County, CT.
Carol
is on the site everyday personally supervising construction.
Cunningham homes have low maintance exteriors, sound
insulated interior walls, under slab piping for radon
elimination, additional waterproofing for the lower
level and ice guard in the valleys and perimeters of
the roof. Her signature touches are custom designed
mantels fabricated on site, lighting design and his
and her spa bathrooms.
Cunningham
& Co. LLC, has won three prestigious HOBI Awards
for "The Rosemont", a $3.5M spec house awarded
by The Home Builders Association of Connecticut (HBACT).
