The Shippan Designer Show House, which benefited The Stamford Museum & Nature Center was held in Fall of 2010. Guests enjoyed over twenty designed spaces which were created by area designers and decorators. The house is a beautiful 9,000 square-foot villa with views of the Sound, built in 1922. From the front steps, facing the water, there is an amazing expanse of sky and air. A distinctive feature will be a greenhouse in the side yard. Guests were also invited to attend talks presented by the featured designers.
