of interesting projects. He has designed more than one
hundred homes, renovated dozens of commercial buildings,
and built more than one million square feet of office
space. He has also lectured on sustainable design and
has taught courses in home design and renovation

is an essential part of everything they do. It is their
philosophy to incorporate human-centered sustainable
design principles into all of their projects.
Richard
Granoff's accomplishments have been widely recognized.
He has appeared on national TV in shows including Good
Morning America, High Net Worth, and MTV Cribs.
The
firm’s work has been widely published in The New
York Times, Fine Home Building, Veranda, The Modern
Estate, Country Club Quarterly, At Home, Hamptons, Westchester
Home, and Greenwich Magazine, as well as many other
publications and books.
The
firm has offices in Greenwich, Connecticut, and Southampton,
New York. Granoff has also established two other businesses:
Charles Rich Design/Build (1991), in Southampton, New
York, which designs, builds, and develops high-end vacation
houses; and Fountainhead Homes (1997), a real estate
development company that develops ultra-luxury homes
in the Greenwich market. |
