| Christopher
Peacock, with showrooms in Greenwich, Boston, Chicago,
San Francisco and Los Angeles, is best known for his
cabinetry. For more than 15 years, Christopher Peacock's
work has included many private estates and residences
throughout the United States and abroad.
Christopher
Peacock has reacquired control of his brand. His new
company, Christopher Peacock Home plans to introduce
many new products for the home, beginning in the kitchen.
The MOTRA™ Collection will be the first. This
new collection of high-quality, well-designed, and affordable
cabinetry will offer both a modern and a traditional
line. A typical kitchen from this new collection will
begin at $45,000. Christopher Peacock Cabinetry is certified
by SmartWood to meet the standards set forth by the
Forest Stewardship Council, and the Rainforest Alliance.
Both of these entities represent the highest degree
of responsible forest management.
Peacock
recently introduced a Contemporary Collection of fitted
and free-standing furniture. The collection also includes
beautiful new contemporary hardware designed by Mr.
Peacock, and many new choices of cabinetry interiors.
Clients can choose from these, as well as new wood,
stain, and paint options. The Contemporary Collection
of kitchen, dressing room, and bath displays can be
seen in several Christopher Peacock Home showrooms.
In
addition to Christopher Peacock Home, Peacock's organization
includes Christopher Peacock Paint. The paint collection
consists of ninety colors that balance a subtle blending
of earthy and understated shades. The paint is made
of high-quality color pigments, is highly durable, and
has incredible color depth. It also covers very well,
thereby requiring fewer coats than ordinary paints.
Christopher
Peacock Paint exceeds today’s stringent environmental
requirements. The
volatile organic compound (VOC) of its Wall Emulsion
Paint and Acrylic Undercoat has one of the lowest VOC
ratings of any high-quality, waterborne paint. It also
meets the requirements for compliance with Leadership
in Energy and Environmental Design® (LEED).
Another
part of Christopher Peacock's organization is Little
Bird Furniture, which offers beautiful, well-constructed,
and comfortable kitchen counter stools and dining chairs
for modern living. The furniture is made of the finest
European beech, lightly antiqued, with a rich, medium-brown
finish, and will easily work in modern or traditional
homes. The seats of the chairs are beautifully handcrafted
in brown leather.
Along
with renowned designer Connie Beale, Christopher Peacock
also co-owns a fabulous home furnishings store in Greenwich,
CT, Peacock & Beale. Here the discrimating homeowner
can discover many wonderful and unique accessories to
complement their home decor. Both owners pride themselves
on finding interesting and creative items from all over
the world. |
