Earlier in her career, Cooper designed floor covering, textiles and wall covering for manufacturers and later designed high-end, hand-screen screened wallpaper under her own name. A color expert active in The Color Marketing Group, she also advised manufacturers on trends in color and design. Cooper moved to Hong Kong and traveled extensively during her seven years abroad, collecting Asian arts and antiques. This perspective helped nurture the eclectic approach and broad perspective she has brought to interior design.

Connie is a member of IDS (Interior Design Society) and has received her certification from the Sustainable Furnishings Council as a Certified Green Designer.
