Majestic Kitchens & Baths is undoubtedly one of the area’s most capable and sophisticated kitchen and bath retail/design firms. From their unique state-of-the-art computerized design, drafting and rendering capacity to their equally impressive fabrication facility, every aspect of the production process is tailored to create the most outstanding results in the most efficient manner.

Their 9,000+ square foot showroom with over 100 displays contains a tremendous variety. Here a customer can see cabinetry arranged in many diverse and versatile ways, integrated with appliances and accessories that complete the presentation.

Also on view at Majestic are the various finishes available, and some of the hardware that can be added. There is a huge selection of tile and stone surfaces in their inventory, and once chosen, it can be cut, edged, and polished in their own shop. Once a customer chooses their cabinetry, Majestic will also provide a sample of the finish, not in a small block like the other showrooms, but in a whole, actual cabinet door.

Adjacent to the stone fabrication shop is a complete woodworking shop. Some of their products are fashioned here; others produced elsewhere can be modified here if necessary, saving a return trip to the factory.

Once design parameters are established the actual design itself is created, and it is here that Majestic’s technology truly excels. Everything is done by computer and can be modified or transmitted instantly. A design can be rendered in 3-D and displayed for a customer in a virtual from that clearly shows how the design would appear. This can be done on a small-scale using a computer monitor or large-scale using a projector where the customer is invited to use a laser pointer to indicate areas where there is a question or comment.

Finally, once the design has been determined and approved the actual production commences, and here again Majestic has mastered the procedure. Theirs is a paperless process where every facet is done on-line from contracts, ordering of materials, fabrication drawings, field drawings and every other aspect of production. All of this yields efficiencies and cost savings no other firm can match. Everything is coordinated smoothly not just because of the excellence of the procedure, but because many of the people doing it have been with the company for decades.
