This
homeowner found Sunrooms of New England by Brady-Built on
the Internet at www.sunroomsnewengland.com.
They had
a deck that was only usable during the summer, and wanted
to enclose it for year-round use. They also wanted to incorporate
a wood pellet burning stove to heat the space.
First
the husband toured the Brady factory alone and was so impressed
with what he saw that he returned with his wife. Together
they decided to order a straight-eaved style sunroom to enclose
the deck. After aquiring the building permit, a contractor
was hired to perform the site map work. After brady finished
building the 14'x16' sunroom, it was delivered and quickly
installed.
The new
sunroom extends the family room and adds full time space.
It is located on the south side of the house and maintains
a temperature of 70-75 degrees on a sunny day in the dead
of winter. meanwhile, the stove keeps it around 70 degrees
even on the coldest nights.
