This homeowner
found Sunrooms of New England by Brady-Built at a Home Expo in Worcester,
MA. Their primary goal was to enlarge their kitchen, which lead
out to a deck that was only usable in good weather. Their objective
was achieved by the addition of a straight-eaved style sunroom into
their existing deck.
The steps of
their exciting new home project were as follows:
The homeowner took a factory tour to see what the sunroom looked
like and to get a feel for the space. (They had previously bought
a smaller sunroom for an office area which they were very pleased
with.)
The decision was made to order a sunroom measuring 14'x16' to cover
the deck.
A building permit was obtained from the town.
A contractor removed the sliding door that opened to the deck and
prepared the area.
When the area was ready, Sunrooms of New England by Brady-Built
delivered the re-built sunroom and installed it in a matter of hours.
Finally, the hardwood floor was extended from the kitchen into the
sunroom.
